HOW IS DRY COOLING ACTIVATED?
- Only a little water is needed - but the cooling product remains 100% dry inside and out
- Fill in the specified amount of water
- Distribute the water evenly in the chilled product
- Remove the remaining water from the cooling product
- Cooling starts immediately afterwards

Some customers ask us which side is cooler. Both sides of the cooling mat are almost identically cool. However, the gray side consists of a different surface material and this has a warmer effect on our human skin than the black side. Similarly, if you hold a glass with one hand and a piece of paper with the other, the paper also appears warmer.
When activated, the cooling mat can also simply be folded up and taken with you. So the dog always has the coolness it needs, no matter where you are with it.
But you can also use the cooling mat, be it when sunbathing, on a deck chair, in the car, etc. Simply activate it with water and no sunbathing gets too hot (attention: UV rays can cause skin diseases, always make sure you have enough protection).
