Delivery Service
Part of the order in the Petisan online store will be delivered by SF Express and other courier companies. Customers can discuss with us via email hello@petisan.com.hk if there are any requirements regarding delivery arrangements before the ordering. We will do our best to meet customer requirements.
Delivery Fee
Free shipping to both Hong Kong local residential and commercial addresses on purchases over HKD$300 in Petisan online store. If the customers want to choose self-pickup at SF Express stations or EF lockers, please contact us after placing the order. Self-pickup at SF Express stations or EF lockers may not be available for some larger items.
If the order is less than HKD$300 for a single purchase, HKD$30 of the standard shipping fee will be charged when placing the order.
Shipping & Delivery
The package will be prepared promptly once the order is confirmed. Generally, the package will be delivered to the courier company within 3 working days and delivered to the destination within 3 working days. Most orders will have arrived within 5 working days.
*If the customers fail to receive the package within 5 working days after the package is shipped, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Out of Stock/Discontinued products
Petisan (HK) Limited will do its best to ensure an adequate supply of products. If there is a shortage of the item after the order is placed, a refund will go to the customer's credit card or Paypal account within 7 working days.
