Way to Storage

Place in freezer for 14 days. Exact best before date is printed on the package.

Method to feed

Defrost by placing in fridge 24 hours before feeding, then place in room temperature till it’s back to room temperature

Defrost by placing in room temperature for 1 hour, then microwave for approximately 2 mins. *remember to cool it down before feeding
