Indulge your four-legged friend with the instantly iconic Covo dog lounge. Designed exclusively for MiaCara by architect and interior designer Uta Cossman, the Covo bed offers the ultimate in style and comfort for your dog, while the striking circular form has a real wow factor for design-lovers.

Small dogs love the enclosed form of the Covo; the raised rear of the bed offers a cozy, protected space for dogs to curl up and sleep, and as with all our modern objects for dogs, the Covo has been meticulously designed not only to look great in your living space but to be long lasting and easy to care for.

Made from bent plywood, the frame of the Covo is extremely strong and sturdy. A specially designed foam cushion offers excellent support for your dog’s spine, and the soft, yet durable fabric cover is easily removable and washable.

Care Instructions:

Frame: Please clean by wiping with a soft damp cloth, or with a suitable woo

Inlet:

60° C gentle wash cycle

The cushion filling is made of extremely soft, open-cell foam. To maintain the excellent properties of this material in the long run, the cushion should be cleaned accordingly. The best cleaning procedure for the inner cushion is to wash it with a commercially available mild detergent at temperatures up to 60° C. It is not recommended to use highly chlorinated and chemically aggressive washing additives. A brownish discoloration of the foam can not be avoided but has no effect on the quality of the foam. After washing and rinsing please remove as much water as possible through the spin cycle. The inner cushion can be best dried by air on a rack. It can also be tumble dried at 90° C, but please avoid over-drying. Please plump up the inner cushion regularly so that it retains its fluffiness and shape.

Cover:

Most stains can simply be wiped off or brushed out, or removed by vacuuming the surface of the cover carefully with an upholstery brush. If necessary, the covers can be machine washed. Please wash and dry the covers according to the care instructions below.

Cover fabric (Sand, Mocca): 40° C gentle wash cycle

Cover fabric (Hemp): 60° C

Cover faux fur (Ivory, Taupe): 30° C gentle wash cycle
